In China, Werfen has two offices in Beijing and Shanghai separately. Thus, to meet the soaring business demand, the company needs qualified candidates to enrich the team and introduce its products to the world.

Your new role
You will contribute to the marketing activities through handling the product, training to distributors and internal sales representatives, supporting market research and collecting the market and competitors’ information. Also, you need to prepare the sales tools and ensure the full usage of these tools. Besides, you need to engage in marketing activities, which includes event, forum, seminar and workshop. At the same time, building up good relationship with KOLs in relevant field is one of the key issues in your job. All in all, how to work in conjunction with sales teams to identify markets, prioritize targets, and achieve product line goals and objectives are what you need to consider and concentrate on.

What you'll need to succeed
Firstly, you should be equipped with a minimum of medical relative bachelor degree. Secondly, it would be preferred if you have the experience of working in hospital labs or IVD medical company. In addition, the position is suitable for people whose age is between 26 and 40. Last but not least, good communication skills and highly motivated personality are the key success factors.
