- Legal support for cross-border e-commerce and local sales as well as overseas litigations
- Assist in overseas M&A projects.
- Evaluate business projects and identify legal risks.
- Handle legal disputes and coordinate resources.
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents.
- Improve contract templates and standardise processes.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, preferably from a 985/211 university.
- 5+ years of overseas experience, familiar with US and Common Law environments.
- 10+ years of legal work experience, with 5+ years in relevant industries.
- Strong communication, analytical, and learning skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to handle high pressure.
