Our client is a leading MNC consumer goods company. As the business grows, they are looking for an National Sales Head based in Beijing.
Your new role
This role is very important. Report to China Head and lead over 60ppl team. You will be responsible for:
Responsible for both online and offline sales strategy, establish annual sales strategy, plan, and objective;
Review channel and KA to adjust the investment plan;
Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity. Implement and supervise team to thrive in the new market/business model.
Lead team to smash the sales target.
What you'll need to succeed
- Over 12 years' sales work experience, prefer MNC consumer goods, OTC, healthcare background. Must have a national sales leadership position. With strong omni- channel work experience, both offline and online successful track record.
- Education background: Bachelor or above
- Demonstrate strong business planning and decision-making skill; ability to identify business opportunities, prioritize, and execute potential initiatives
