In order to meet up its rapidly expansion wealth management business in China, there are several new headcounts of Mortgage Loan BD Manager in BJ, SH, GZ, SZ, QingDao etc. on urgently hiring.

Your new role

• As a Mortgage Loan BD Manager , you are expected to responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with mortgage loan customers and referral sources.
• Meanwhile, you will i dentify and pursue new business opportunities for mortgage lending through various channels such as realtors, builders, community organisations, etc.
• In addition, you will also m anage a team of mortgage loan officers and provide them with coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
• Moreover, m aintaining current knowledge of the mortgage industry trends, products, and regulations and provide guidance and advice to customers and staff accordingly are also expected to become your responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed

• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in mortgage lending or sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Obtain relevant licences or certifications depending on the state or federal requirements.
