Take responsibility for customer/vendor/material on data extraction, loading, dual maintenance, and analysis, etc...

The purpose of this position is to enable successful ongoing data management and end-to-end data process to ensure alignment with business process and local requirements & compliance.

Item Master data accuracy and operation lead time management, to support business transactions.

Provide first-level support for master data related issues and interface to second-level support from system consultant if necessary and keep tracking on the issue.

Master data quality management, including data quality against business rules, data standards. Perform periodically obsolete & duplicate data review with confirmation from business stakeholders.

Continuously improve and optimize master data business rules, data standards, process, and system functionalities.

Create and provide regular reports regarding master data quality and workflow performance.

Development and optimization of workflow process.

Documenting knowledge, know-how, process, issue log and policy of master data and execute user training regularly.

Manage and Monitor data transfer of Master Data from SAP system to other systems for requests.

Support all master data related projects and activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree and over 5 years master data management or data governance experience is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written/verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• SAP experience, proficient with VBA is preferred
• Fluent English skills; Verbal and Written
• Self-motivated and able to work collaborate cross-functionally
