Leading domestic consumer group with promising business and exciting market share, looking for an M&A Counsel support promising business.

Your new role

1. Support all cross border M&A JV affairs from legal side include but not limited to Due Diligence, transaction frameworks and design.

2. Coordinate and manager external lawyer resources. Be a legal business partner involve in business negotiation and discussion.

What you'll need to succeed

1. LL.M above with PRC Bar

2. At least 7 years working experience in law firm with solid transaction exposure in Retail, FMCG, Food industry. Able to handle tough case.

3. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
