• Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders.

• 7-10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Proficient in financial regulations and cross-border financing.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong legal risk management capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Bar admission in a relevant jurisdiction.
