Our client is a world-renowned asset management company. For strategic planning, they are looking for a transaction lawyer with an outstanding background.

Your new role

• Support company licence management and application

• Support fund Formation, including establishment, fund manager registration and management change

• Support transaction structure design, transaction document drafting, transaction negotiation and project delivery and sale process

What you'll need to succeed

• LL.B from Tier 1 Chinese Law School, Common Law background will be a plus

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in law firm and PE, VC, Investment Bank or other Financial institution.

• Solid exposure on fund formation and Investment.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
