Report to the CFO, you should cooperate closely with the business team. Besides legal work, you will be involved in compliance programs like Anti-Bribery and Third-Party DD procedure. You will be responsible for contract management like sales, purchasing, labour, and so on.

LL.B. degree and above is needed, PRC Bar required. 8+ years’ working experience in an MNC or a reputable law firm needed. Your experience of leading a small team will be a plus. You’d better be a quick learner and problem-solving individual.
