Your new role

• Providing and handling end user question and service requests from an IT perspective in a timely manner
• Good communication between end user and IT team, deliver right message in time to avoid confusion, complaint from end user
• Providing end user technical support for voice, network, and end user related (hardware, software installation, configuration requirement etc) in compliant with process and requirement.
• Installation, configuration and support for all software including windows, Microsoft Office and other company applications.
• Installation, configuration on China local regulation software, including SAFE Asone, CBIRC 1104, CFETS etc.
• Support of company mobile devise
• Tasks related to on-boarding/off boarding of users
• Log calls, follow up and keep tracking status till finish user request or solve incident in a timely manner, ensure successful resolution of ticket.
• Maintain Production system daily operation and management.
• Ensure IT service level meets the SLA.
• Asset inventory tracking and methodology

What you'll need to succeed

• The person is expected to be a professional with more than 3 years’ experience in end user support.
• In depth knowledge of Desktop PC, Laptop and other related products
• In depth knowledge of video conference system, voice system and printers
• In depth knowledge in Windows OS terminal and servers, MS office, anti-virus software.
• Mandatory to read and write content in English
• The person should be exceptionally motivated, and enthusiastic team player with strong analytical skills; results-focused achiever, responsible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Regulation reporting related experience would be a plus.
