Your new role

As a Head of Legal, you will oversee and manage all legal and corporate activities across the APAC region, ensuring compliance, safeguarding the company’s interests, and providing strategic legal advice to support business operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various legal documents, commercial agreements, and deeds.
• Protecting intellectual property rights (IPRs) and other business interests.
• Supporting interactions with local government authorities for approvals, filings, and communications.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Chinese-qualified lawyer with at least 10 years of legal experience, either in-house or at an international law firm.
• Strong fluency in English, with exceptional drafting skills.
• A business-oriented mindset, a positive and team-focused attitude, and a prudent working approach.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for business needs
