Purpose/Role of the job

Need hire a Key Account Manager depends on the company growing

Responsibilities:

  1. Be responsible for the strategical plan for GKA growth to ensure effective achievement of sales objectives.
  2. Regular and structure communication with GKA team to align on global approach.
  3. To define key industry/account for China, following up with business development plans.
  4. To interact with key accounts to develop and maintain healthy & cooperative relationship with multiple functions.
  5. To lead activities with regional sales team and leverage full sales & service opportunities including all product lines.
  6. To collect marketing feedback to improve overall performance including production, customer service, pricing, and sales, etc.
  7. To evaluate, quote and negotiate new tender from key accounts.
  8. To understand customers’ domestic and global target for value selling
  9. To forecast sales potentials and submit periodical sales report
  10. To work closely with sales team, production, procurement team, etc.
  11. Other responsibilities assigned by line supervisor/manager.

Requirements:

  1. The person should have a university degree, preferably in chemistry/packaging background
  2. Self-motivated and result oriented, capable of working under pressure
  3. Strong selling/negotiation skills
  4. Have teamwork spirit, good interpersonal skill, proven ability to liaise with colleagues and customers at all levels.
  5. Intensive traveling is required in China.
  6. Fluent English and Chinese language skills are required.
  7. Conversant in application of Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, ERP system (BPCS)
