Your new role
As the Global Patent Director, you will lead a large team responsible for all patent-related matters worldwide. This includes patent litigation, portfolio management, applications, invalidation proceedings, and strategic patent layouts. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to protect and expand the company’s intellectual property portfolio on a global scale.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, automation, computer related majors, with a combined background in both major and law preferred
• Minimum 12 years of patent experience, including domestic and overseas patent related experience, with North American patent litigation experience as a plus
• Candidates with overseas patent experience, US attorney qualification or US patent attorney qualification are preferred.
  Strong leadership, communication and strategic planning skills
