Your New Role
Monitoring: Track and explain compliance updates to local stakeholders.
Due Diligence and Risk Management: Conduct third-party due diligence, focusing on anti-bribery, corruption, and export control.
Incident Management and Investigations: Handle compliance incidents and provide legal advice.
Compliance Training: Conduct training sessions and promote an ethical culture.
Program Implementation and Document Management: Implement compliance programs and manage legal documents.
Legal Project Support: Participate in legal projects and support the compliance department.
What you'll need to succeed
Law degree from a reputable law school; preference for overseas degrees.
5–7 years in a top law firm or MNC legal department.
Licenced to practice law in China; preference for common law jurisdiction qualifications.
Excellent bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English.
Diligent, proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and well-organised.
Strong team player, capable of collaborating with local and global teams.
