Business Development
• Actively seek out partners for collaboration and maintain these relationships on a long term basis
• Pursue business development strategies to increase programme revenue with the goal of increasing profitability
• Entertain and conduct site inspections of relevant company's representatives/ government officials/ delegates whenever required.
Planning of Program and Holiday Camps
• Design and coordinate various camps, activities, and programs during non-school days.
• Actively review and designate instructors to teach the programme and camps with a view to ensuring high quality and reasonable fees.
• Allocate and plan resources to ensure camps are well staffed and logistically sound.
Facilities Management
• Work with other stakeholders to maintain oversight of the facilities booking system and overall scheduling.
• Oversee the rental and utilisation of the school's facilities and resources.
Revenue Generation
• Actively explore and implement strategies to increase the school's overall revenue.
Budgets/Finance
• Create a budget for each programme (to determine max and min participants per class). Follow the budget and keep up-to-date current budget
Safeguarding
• Ensure that security, health and safety, and all other college policies are known, understood and embedded into practice
• Carry out any other related tasks that may be required from time to time
