Responsibilities:

1. P&L responsibility, In charge of company daily operations in both commercial and operation.
2. Able to gain trust of broad and good understanding of China and German culture
3. Building and leading a team of motivative and potential talents.
4. Company strategy and targets building.
5. Financial, Budget, and Operation expense oversee.
6. In charge of Project Sales in China / APAC. Develop new clients and maintain existing customers.
7. Oversee and structure both commercial and plant
8. Align China / APAC market and sales strategies with HQ in German.

Requirements:

1. At least Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, process and industrial engineering, economics and management.
2. Over 15 years of experience and at least 5 years working as GM
3. Preferred with Electrical, mechanical, engineering industry experience.
4. Good leadership and management ability.
5. Solid technical knowledge and working background.
6. Must be fluent in Chinese, English, Germany preferred
