A Business Development Manager Role for Wire & Cable Market

Your new role

The Business Development Manager will focus on the commercial development in the Power and Communication market in the Asia-Pacific area, especially the Wire and Cable segment, by promoting the company's chemical products.

The BDM is responsible for the whole revenue, margin, and key account management of the signed market, including prospecting, forecasting, achievement of sales objectives and directing activities across functional groups in support of account goals. Being skilled at customer-centric selling approaches and effectively selling the value of our products and services are also keys to success.

What you'll need to succeed

•BS Chemistry, Marketing, Business or Polymers.
•MBA and technical experience are strongly preferred.
•Successful track record of effective goal setting to achieve strategic business objectives through focused, motivational leadership.
•Complex thinking skills in translating customer needs into solutions.
•Coaching and mentoring skills for developing direct reports is a key aspect of this position.
•Skilled at developing highly productive relationships with key customers, suppliers and internal contacts is essential.
