Your New Role

The key mission of this position is to develop both internal and external sales in the fields of

Cryogenics by enhancing the company’s influence, building up networks, defining business models

and promoting sales.

⚫ Work closely with Cryogenics BU (BD, Product) for Helium.

⚫ Develop direct business with end users to maximize business opportunities.

⚫ Support commercial director for developing Cryogenics business.

⚫ Maintain the portfolio of qualified prospects, provide visibility to management with necessary

reports.

⚫ Setup and maintain a database of all products, with price and spec information.

⚫ Act as customer contact, coordinate internal and external resources for project execution to

ensure customer satisfaction and payment collection.

What you'll need to succeed

⚫ Self-driven, autonomous, and team player.

⚫ Excellent networking and influencing capabilities within customer and internal organization.

⚫ Strong communication skills with clear message.

⚫ Strong self-learning and able/willing to develop business models for new and complex market.

⚫ Able to analyze and defend his ideas based on facts.

⚫ Able to prioritize and meet the targets.

⚫ Frequent travels required (including international travels).

⚫ Good English writing skills.

⚫ Over 2-5 years’ experience in cryogenic technical field required.

⚫ Familiar with scientific research preferred.
