We are seeking an experienced Application Development and Technical Service Manager for the China plant. You will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging your technical knowledge to drive growth and satisfaction for our customers. What you'll need to succeed

University or above degree with preferably a major in polymer, material science, chemistry and/or chemical engineering.

At least 10 years of application development experience in plastic industry .

Minimum 8 years of product development, technical service

Familiar with quality management standard: ISO9001:2000, ISO13485 or TS16949.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.

Exceptional organizational skills including multi-tasking, systematic analyzing, planning, executing and time management.

Fluent English communication skills in reading, speaking, listening and writing.

Willing to travel.
