您的工作要点:
1.开拓和挖掘客户的配套和备件(OEM&MRO)的需求,获取订单,完成销售业绩指标;
2.维护原有VIP客户资源,持续创造客户价值;
3.收集并整理目标客户信息(包括组织架构、物资采购关键人员、项目经理,技术经理等);有计划地拜访一线使用部门,宣传品牌,维护客情关系;
4.协调资源,解决客户需求痛点,提高客户全流程的采购体验;
5.敏锐捕抓客户的痒点,提高客户粘度;


任职条件
我们需要这样的您:
1.本科以上学历,机械、工程、土木等工科专业背景;
2.两年以上直销经验,有工业品直销经验优先;
3.对销售职业有激情,并有往销售方向发展的职业规划;
4.愿意周边地区1-2天的出差;
5.学习能力强,有挑战精神;
