• Provide legal advice on overseas business operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in Thailand, Philippines, Middle East, and South Africa.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to international sales and distribution.
• Manage and resolve disputes and litigation arising from overseas operations.
• Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate legal risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and ensure legal alignment.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise the business on necessary adjustments.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations with external parties.
• Conduct legal training for internal teams on compliance and risk management.

• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, either law firm or inhouse
• Qualified to practice law in any jurisdiction
• Proven experience in handling compliance and litigation matters in Thailand, Philippines, Middle East, and South Africa.
• Excellent academic credentials from a top-ranked law school.
• Native Mandarin speaker with fluency in English.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Overseas education and/or work experience is preferred.
• Well-organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
